Solution When you signed up to one of our sites, you will receive an email to the address you provided during the signup process containing all of your membership information.

This email will include:
Your Username and password (CaSe SeNsAtIvE)
Subscription Id
Billing Information.

Many of the online internet providers, such as AOL, Yahoo and MSN - as well as some e-mail filtering programs will flag this e-mail as being "SPAM" or "BULK" and have been known to place these emails in your Junk or Bulk email folders verses the Inbox.

Please be sure to check all of your junk-mail folders for an email from us as it contains important details about your membership.
